EBRD Azərbaycanın enerji sektorunun dekarbonizasiyası ilə bağlı tövsiyələr hazırlayıb

Energetika Nazirliyində "Azərbaycanda enerji sektorunun dekarbonizasiyasına yönəlmiş siyasət və texnologiyalar üzrə tövsiyələr" sənədinin təqdimatı keçirilib.
"Report" Energetika Nazirliyinə istinadən xəbər verir ki, sənəd "Energetika Nazirliyi və Avropa Yenidənqurma və İnkişaf Bankı (EBRD) arasında elektroenergetika sektorunun inkişafı ilə bağlı texniki dəstəyə dair Anlaşma Memorandumu"na uyğun olaraq həyata keçirilən "Azərbaycanın elektroenergetika sektorunda aşağı karbonlu həll yolları" texniki yardım layihəsi çərçivəsində hazırlanıb.
Sənəddə Azərbaycanın Milli Səviyyədə Təyin Edilmiş Töhfələri (NDC 3.0) və iqlimlə bağlı hədəflərə uyğun elektroenergetika sahəsində dekarbonizasiyaya aparan Yol Xəritəsi təqdim edilib. Yol Xəritəsi aşağı karbonlu enerji sisteminə keçidin sürətləndirilməsi üçün prioritet istiqamətləri, mərhələləri və strateji yanaşmanı özündə birləşdirir.
Bununla yanaşı, Yol Xəritəsində Azərbaycanın elektroenergetika sektorunda karbon qazı emissiyalarının əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə azaldılması üçün zəruri olan siyasətləri, generasiya texnologiyalarını, qanunvericilik çərçivələrini, institusional mexanizmləri, potensialın artırılmasını, sosial-iqtisadi tədbirləri və investisiyaları əhatə edən bir sıra tövsiyələr əksini tapıb.
Tədbirdə Energetika, İqtisadiyyat, Maliyyə, Ekologiya və Təbii Sərvətlər nazirliklərinin, "Azərişıq" ASC, "Azərenerji" ASC-nin, Bərpa Olunan Enerji Mənbələri Dövlət Agentliyinin və Enerji Məsələlərini Tənzimləmə Agentliyinin nümayəndələri iştirak ediblər.
